How do I store NPSS?
You need to refrigerate the bottles once they are opened. The packets are single use for an adult horse but should be refrigerated once opened as well.
How long is NPSS good for once opened?
The bottles are good for about 2-3 weeks in the fridge, the packets will stay good for about a week.
How long is it good for sealed?
It’s good for a year after production.
How do I read the expiration date/production code on the neck of the bottle?

The first letter stands for the month (Jan-A, Feb-B, Mar-C)

The next two #’s are the day

The final two #’s are the year

The last letter is a lot indicator. ie: B2609c = Feb. 26, 2009 Lot C

Dosing for dogs:

Under 25lb. 1/2 to 1 oz. 2 times a day before meals.

Over 25 lb. 1 to 2 oz. 2 times a day before meals 

Dosing for cats:

1/4 to 1/2 oz. 2 times a day before meals     

Dosing for birds:

1/8 to 1/4 oz. once a day     

Dosing for rabbits:

1/4 to 1/2 oz. 2 times a day

Natural Plan Stomach Soother is suitable for all horses and small animals. People can use it too!
Can I use your product on my pregnant mare?
Our product has not been tested on pregnant mares, therefore it is not recommended.
Can I use NPSS with other products and/or medications?
Yes, you may use this with all other products and medications.NPSS has no contraindications.
Use it to help administer other supplements or medications.
Can I adjust the dosing?
Once your horse's situation is under control, you can usually adjust the dosage up or down for maintenance.
How long does it take to work?
Depending on the symptom, we recommend at least 2-4 weeks worth of treatment for a noticeable difference. Chronic conditions may take longer to see results.
Can I be put on a plan to automatically receive NPSS every month?
Yes! We have the option of automatically shipping NPSS to you monthly, bi-monthly or every other month. You may cancel at anytime up to 3 business days before your next schedule shipment.
